Passarelle connection to Automated Transit System and Solar Covered Parking facilities

The Chair of the Environmental Studies Department at Oberlin, Dr. David Orr, wanted his academic facility to be powered completely by solar energy. Solar Design Associates (SDA) was commissioned to provide design and engineering services for both a roof-top solar array and the solar parking pavilion (Solar Pavilion for Oberlin College)wich clearspans the surface parking area. SDA also provided procurement assistance, utility liaison and construction management as well as full system commissioning to the College.
